Jacksons continues to make available a wide range of celebration cakes for every occasion. In our Celebration Cake Department we are proud to use our hand-crafted skills of decoration to provide an individualised design for your special day.

Melt in your mouth sponge cake covered with soft icing and decorated to your choice. Or try our succulent fruit cake topped with marzipan and covered with soft icing, which is decorated to your wishes.
